Delete Your Two Hearts Account and Data
Last updated: June 4, 2026
You can delete your Two Hearts account and the data tied to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. It is public so anyone can request deletion, including people who can no longer open the app.
How to delete your account
In the app (fastest):
- Open Two Hearts and go to your profile or settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed right away and deletion begins.
By email: email twoheartsunite7@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We may ask one question to confirm it is really you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove from active use and then delete or de-identify your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, location, and photos), your questionnaire answers and match preferences, and your matches and your spot in the matching pool.
What we keep, and for how long
For legal, accounting, and safety reasons we retain a limited set of records after deletion: payment records (that a payment was made, the amount, and its status) for the period required by law (we never store your full card number), and safety records for as long as needed to protect members. These limited records are kept separately, used only for those purposes, and are not used to contact you or match you.
Timing
Account closure is immediate. Deletion or de-identification of your profile data is completed within 30 days, except for the limited records described above.
