Two Hearts Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Two Hearts ("Two Hearts," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Two Hearts mobile app and the website at twoheartsconnect.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Two Hearts is operated by Leo Marin Consulting LLC. If you have any questions, contact us at twoheartsunite7@gmail.com.
1. Who this applies to
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us when you create and build your profile:
- Your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
- Your date of birth, gender, city, state, and zip code.
- The photos you choose to add.
- Your answers to our values, personality, and (for the Two Hearts of Faith community) faith questions, plus your hobbies, dietary preferences, and your match preferences.
- Which community you join and which doors you turn on (Introductions, Friendship, Business).
Information we collect to keep members safe:
- Identity verification: if you choose the verified badge, our verification provider performs a live selfie and face match. We receive the result and a reference; we do not store your raw biometric scan.
- Call recordings: the optional get-to-know-you call before an introduction is recorded for safety. Both people hear a notice before the call begins.
- Safety reports and flags you submit, and the outcome of the post-introduction safety question.
Information we collect automatically: basic app and device information and usage activity needed to run the Service, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
Payment information: when you confirm a paid introduction, our payment processor collects and processes your card details. We do not store your full card number. We keep a record that a payment was made, the amount, and its status.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information to create and operate your account; match you only with compatible people inside the community you chose (we never match across communities); notify you about matches, introductions, reminders, and around-the-date logistics; arrange and confirm introductions and the related logistics for members who choose that door; keep members safe; take payment for confirmed introductions and apply rollover credit; and prevent fraud and abuse and meet our legal obligations.
Where required by law, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, your consent (for example, identity verification and recorded calls), our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:
- With other members, by design. When you and another member both say yes, each of you sees the other's first name, photos, and what is needed to connect. We never reveal one member's response to the other before both have responded, and we never tell anyone they were declined.
- With partner venues, only after a paid introduction. A partner location receives the reservation details needed to host your pre-set meeting, and a safety alert if the safety word is used.
- With service providers who work on our behalf under contract, including our database and hosting, text and voice, payment, identity-verification, safety-call, and email providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- For legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect members or the public.
- In a business transfer, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your profile and answers for as long as your account is active so you can keep getting matches without filling out the questionnaire again. We keep safety and transaction records for as long as needed for safety, legal, and accounting reasons. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information as described below, except where we must keep certain records by law.
6. How we protect it
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting who can see what. Your phone number and zip code are never shown to other members. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or limit certain uses. You can edit most of your profile in the app at any time, and you can pause matching or delete your account. To make a request, email twoheartsunite7@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account from within the app, or by emailing us. When you delete your account we remove your profile, photos, and answers from active use and delete or de-identify them, except for limited records we are required to keep (such as payment and safety records). See our Account and Data Deletion page for the full steps and timeline.
9. Texts and emails
By giving us your phone number you agree we may text you account, match, reminder, safety, and around-the-date messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of non-essential texts; some safety messages are part of the Service. We send transactional emails for the same purposes.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "last updated" date, and for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
