Two Hearts Terms of Service

Welcome to Two Hearts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Leo Marin Consulting LLC ("Two Hearts," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the Two Hearts app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Two Hearts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it current. One account per person.
2. What Two Hearts is
Two Hearts is a community app with three doors: Friendship (free), Business (a free directory with an optional paid tier), and Introductions (paid per confirmed introduction). You choose one community, Two Hearts or Two Hearts of Faith, and you are only ever connected within that community. Two Hearts helps people who are serious about a committed relationship meet through real introductions; it is a community and connection service.
3. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for your account and for what you post and do. You agree not to misrepresent who you are, your age, or your relationship intentions; harass, threaten, harm, or deceive other members; use the Service for anything unlawful or to solicit money from members; upload photos that are not of you, that are explicit, or that you do not have the right to use; or try to break, scrape, or abuse the Service. We may remove content, flag or suspend profiles, and close accounts that break these Terms or that we believe put members at risk.
4. Safety
Your safety matters to us, and we build for it: identity verification, an optional recorded get-to-know-you call before any in-person meeting, and a safety word protocol that triggers an immediate response during an introduction. Two Hearts does not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. You are responsible for your own choices. Always meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts. If you ever feel unsafe, use the safety word or contact local emergency services.
5. Introductions and payment
The Introductions door works like this: you answer questions, you are matched at high compatibility, and if both people say yes to photos you unlock a free short call. After the call, each person is asked separately whether they want to meet in person.
- A fee of $49 (USD) per person applies, and is charged only when both people say yes to meeting in person. Saying yes to photos never charges you.
- The fee covers your introduction and your pre-set meeting at a partner location, including your food and drinks up to the covered amount.
- We show you the full, plain confirmation screen before any charge, and you must agree to it.
6. The fee is non-refundable, and your money is protected
The $49 introduction fee is non-refundable, for any reason. We make this clear before you are ever charged.
To protect you, if the other person does not show up to your introduction, your $49 does not disappear. It stays on your account as a rollover credit and is applied automatically to your next confirmed introduction. The rollover credit never expires. It cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred to another person, or converted to cash. It can only be applied to a future Two Hearts introduction. The whole promise: no refunds, but no one loses their money either.
7. Free doors
The Friendship door is free at every step, forever. The Business directory is free, with an optional paid tier. We will never charge you on the Friendship door.
8. Texts, calls, and recordings
By using the Service you agree to receive account, match, reminder, safety, and around-the-date texts and emails. Message and data rates may apply. The optional pre-introduction call is recorded for safety, and both people hear a notice before it begins; by continuing the call you consent to that recording.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and answers you provide. You give us a license to use them to operate the Service, for example to show your profile to compatible members in your community and to run matching. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.
10. The Service is provided "as is"
We work hard to make Two Hearts useful and safe, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that you will be matched, that any introduction will lead to a relationship, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Two Hearts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member or venue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $49, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal dispute, contact us at twoheartsunite7@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we believe put members at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment, non-refund, liability, disputes) survive after your account ends.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
